Georgia Virtual History Project

Georgia Virtual History Project

The non-profit Georgia Virtual History Project is an independent but affiliated effort directed by Christopher Lawton to create new ways of seeing Georgia's past. Much as the WPA guides to each state once provided a description of every city and town and a sense of the roads that ran between them, this app-based Virtual New Georgia Guide will tell a GPS-enabled place-based history of Georgia through an endless web of individual stories devoted its many fascinating locales. For more information download this GVHP information sheet or check out this trailer.
